What matters to you? Isn’t this the defining theme being uncovered by most of our recent life experiences these days? Join us on Saturday, January 22nd from 12-2 at 3630 Main Street, KCMO 64110 to create 2022 Vision Boards!
National Vision Board Day is celebrated annually on the second Saturday in January to encourage us to set our goals visually. The day seeks to help us to reimagine and achieve goals in every area of life by effectively visualizing them to life.
Do you wonder what it would look like to have and maintain well-being in all areas of your life, from relationships to career and hobbies to your physical and mental health? Vision boards are a creative way to start working toward your personal goals and dreams through reflection and with intention, by capturing them in a visual format.
Shop Local KC Shop Girl, Charity Marrone, will guide this session, combining the power of words, images and your imagination. You will be given space for setting intentions and inviting self-discovery as a mindful roadmap to embody those next steps on your well-being journey. Snacks and beverages will be served as we celebrate and welcome in the New Year!
You’ll leave with your personalized vision board to proudly display in your home or office as a daily reminder of what matters to you and a feeling of community and renewal!
This class is for anyone who seeks more creativity in their life. All supplies are provided. Masks and proof of vaccination required.
