Vision boards are a creative way to start working toward your personal goals and dreams through reflection and with intention, by capturing them in a visual format.

Shop Local KC Shop Girl, Charity Marrone, will guide this session, combining the power of words, images and your imagination. You will be given space for setting intentions and inviting self-discovery as a mindful roadmap to embody those next steps on your well-being journey.
